Built for TEHC · Landscaping and tree care

The crew logs the job from site. The sheet fills itself.

Tree work happens outdoors, in the rain, with gloves on. It gets written down hours later from memory, then retyped by whoever is least busy, and the monthly report the client expects is a day of work nobody wants. This removes all three steps.

How it goes today

After

Written down twice, or not at allA crew member notes it on paper, someone types it into a spreadsheet that evening. Half the detail is gone by then and nobody can tell which half.
Written down once, on siteBy the person who saw it, while they are looking at it. Nothing is remembered, retyped or reconstructed later from someone's handwriting.
Follow-ups live in somebody's headA tree that needs checking in six weeks is remembered by the person who saw it, until they are on another site or no longer there.
Follow-ups held by the systemSet when the tree is logged and returned on the day, to whoever logged it. It survives a holiday, a reshuffle and someone leaving.
The monthly report is a dayPhotos in one place, logs in another, a spreadsheet assembled by hand because the client expects evidence that the work happened.
The report already builtAssembled from what was logged as it was logged, photos included. The day that went on collating goes on reading it once and sending it.

How it runs · press play

A message from site becomes a row, a photo and a reminder.

Four weeks, laid out as they actually happen. Only the white bands need a person.

Your choice

Two ways to run it.

Template mode

Crews send a fixed short format — tree id, observations, actions. Parsed with no AI involved, so each message costs nothing to process. Anything off-format gets the template back rather than a half-filled row.

No per-message cost

Free-form mode

Crews type however they like — “trimmed the big palm at the east end, needs another look next month” — and it works out which tree, what was done and what follows. Easier for crews, slightly more per message.
