Built for service businesses in Singapore
Answer every enquiry, even the one at 9:40pm.
KopiDesk runs the front desk of a small service business: WhatsApp and Telegram in one inbox, an assistant that answers out of hours from your business data, follow up leads, and a calendar the whole team shares.
What it is costing you today
The three problems most tools make you choose between.
Speed
The reply comes too late
Enquiries arrive at nine at night and get answered at nine in the morning. Whoever replies first usually gets the customer, and after hours that is nobody.
Visibility
It lives in someone’s phone
Leads sit in a personal WhatsApp, appointments in a notebook, follow-ups in somebody’s memory. When that person leaves, it leaves with them.
Cost
Software priced by the head
Most tools bill every login. A business whose staff deliver the service pays over and over for people who only ever need to see their own shift.
One business, September
216
enquiries answered, every one within seconds
How many of those would you have lost?
Whoever replies first usually gets the customer, and after hours that is nobody. This is not a saving on staff time — three hours a week is not why anyone buys this. It is the enquiry at 9:40pm that got a real answer at 9:40pm, from your own prices and hours, instead of waiting until morning and finding four of them.
Front Desk costs less a month than one customer you would otherwise have lost.

See it in your own words
Pick what you do. Watch a Tuesday.
Same product, different vocabulary. KopiDesk learns your services, your prices and your hours, so what it says sounds like you rather than like software.
Not on the list? It works the same way. KopiDesk learns your services and prices, whatever you sell.
Someone asks at 9:40pm
From a cold question to a booking, without waking anyone. It answers on your prices and hours, handles the obvious objection, and hands over the moment money is involved.

Every source in one pipeline, tagged by where it came from, with an owner and a stage. Nothing left in a personal phone.

How it works
Nothing to migrate. Three steps.
- 1
Tell it about your business
Your hours, your prices, your services, in plain words. That becomes the only thing the assistant is allowed to say. It cannot invent a price you never gave it.
- 2
Keep the number you already use
Your WhatsApp stays on the phone at the front desk. Staff carry on answering there, and KopiDesk sees and sends on the same number. Telegram connects the same way.
- 3
Watch the first one land
The next enquiry arrives as a lead with the whole conversation attached, an owner and a stage. Nothing to re-type, nothing to screenshot into a group chat.
Keep your number. Keep your team answering on it. KopiDesk works alongside them.

Work on the go
You do not have to log in to know what is happening.
KopiDesk posts into a Telegram group you set up in about three minutes, split into topics so leads, bookings and problems are not one long stream. You already have Telegram open. That is the point.
- The moment someone new gets in touch
- When something is booked, moved or cancelled
- When the assistant stops and hands over
- When a draft is ready, and when one goes live
- Monday mornings, and month end
- Only when something has actually broken
Your plan decides which topics exist. Alerts is on every plan, because everyone should hear when something has broken.

Not a chatbot bolted on
Adding a chat widget is not the same as running the business.
Today · the group-chat method
- 1Customer messages WhatsApp.
- 2Someone screenshots it into the staff group.
- 3Someone else types it into a spreadsheet.
- 4The follow-up depends on remembering.
With KopiDesk
- 1Customer messages WhatsApp.
- 2Answered, tagged, assigned and booked.
Answered from your own hours and class list, inside the hours you set.
The conversation is not copied into the system. It is the system.
What you get
Six things it does that you are doing by hand.
It answers while you are closed
From your own facts, on WhatsApp and Telegram, inside the hours you set. The moment someone wants to book or sounds unhappy, it stops and hands the chat to a person.
One pipeline, every source
Website forms, WhatsApp enquiries and ad clicks in one list, tagged by where they came from, with an owner and a stage. Not a campaign slogan — the actual source.
A calendar the whole team shares
Appointments, classes, deadlines and scheduled posts in one month view, and each staff member’s own bookings synced to their Google Calendar.
Content that publishes itself
KopiDesk finds what your site nearly ranks for, writes the article, and publishes the ones you approve straight to your own site. Search Console then shows what it did.
Message the right people, not everyone
Send one approved message to a group your customer list already knows — the ones lapsing this month, the ones who never came back — with the cost shown before anything sends.
Your phone is the back office
A Telegram assistant per business: what needs answering, who is new, what is booked — and you can act on it without opening a laptop.
Pricing
You pay for the people who run it.
Staff who only see their own schedule, timesheet and tasks are free and unlimited. Annual is 10% off twelve months, billed once. Prices in Singapore dollars.

If KopiDesk is not the shape
We build the thing that is.
KopiDesk is one product and it does not fit everyone. These are things we have built and run for businesses whose problem sat somewhere else. Pick the one that sounds like yours.
The problem
Crews log the job from site, not from a desk
Work happens outdoors and gets written down hours later, from memory, by whoever is least busy. Then someone retypes it into a spreadsheet, and the monthly report is a day of work nobody wants.
Nobody retypes anything, and the report that took a day takes a click.
How it works
- A worker sends a message or a photo from site, in whatever words they use
- It lands in the right row of the tracking sheet, filled in correctly
- Follow-ups are remembered and chased without anyone keeping a list
- Each worker sees only their own entries; a manager sees everything
- The monthly report builds itself and is ready to forward

Businesses already on this.
Some on the subscription, some on something we built for them. The subscription ones link to their own sites; the bespoke ones to what we made.
Before you start
The questions people actually ask.
Do I have to move my WhatsApp number?+
No, and this is the part most tools get wrong. Your number stays on the WhatsApp Business app on your phone. Your staff keep answering there exactly as they do now, and KopiDesk reads and sends on the same number alongside them.
Does the assistant reply to my customers on its own?+
Only if you switch it on, only inside the days and hours you choose, and only from facts you gave it. It hands over to a person the moment someone is ready to book or sounds unhappy.
What counts as a seat?+
Someone who runs the business — an owner, a manager, whoever works the leads. Staff who only see their own schedule, their own timesheet and their own tasks are free and unlimited. On one twenty-one person business running on KopiDesk today, only six accounts are billable.
Can I change plan later?+
Yes, up or down, and the change takes effect on your next invoice. Annual is ten percent off twelve months, billed once.
Where does my data live?+
With us, on infrastructure we run, and separated per business — one business can never read another’s. You can export or delete it, and disconnecting a Google account stops KopiDesk reading it immediately.
Connecting your Google account
Connecting Google is optional, and you choose which of your own properties KopiDesk may read. It is used for one thing: showing your business its own figures on its own dashboard.
- Google Search Console — reads your clicks, impressions, ranking position and search terms, so the dashboard can show them and so KopiDesk can suggest article topics for terms you already rank near.
- Google Ads — reads your advertising spend so it can be shown next to the traffic and enquiries it produced. KopiDesk never creates, edits, pauses or deletes campaigns, budgets or accounts. Google does not offer a read-only version of this permission, which is why its consent screen describes more access than KopiDesk uses.
- Google Analytics — reads visit counts and contact-link taps for the website property you choose, so the dashboard can show how many people arrived and how many got in touch. Aggregate figures only, never individual visitors.
- Google Calendar — optional, per staff member, so appointments booked in KopiDesk appear on their own calendar.
You can disconnect at any time from Setup, or revoke access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Full detail is in the privacy policy.
